Parent Side

Parent - Assessments - All

1. Assessments with assessor=parent and child age as filters, irrespective of the child's subscription plan.
2. If Screening is not completed, everything is in a locked state except the Case History.
3. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).
4. All unlocked assessments are shown at the top, and locked ones are shown below, following the same order as above.
5. The number of questions in CDDC is based on the child’s age.
6. After Screening, assessments linked to the child’s subscription are unlocked, while the rest remain locked.
7. If the subscription plan is canceled or expired, all previously attempted assessments are locked.

Parent - Assessments - Assigned

1. Displays assessments assigned to the child (by Therapist or Admin), and all are unlocked.
2. Ordered by assigned date, with the latest assigned at the top.

Parent - Lesson Plans - All

1. Lesson plans with assessor=parent and child age as filters, irrespective of the child's subscription plan.
2. Lesson plans linked to the child’s subscription plan are unlocked, while the rest remain locked.
3. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).
4. All unlocked lesson plans are shown at the top, and locked ones are shown below, following the same order as above.

Parent - Lesson Plan - Assigned

1. Displays lesson plans assigned to the child (by Therapist or Admin), and all are unlocked.
2. Ordered by assigned date, with the latest assigned at the top.

Parent - Lesson Plan - Linked

1. Auto-linked when the user’s subscription plan includes Link Lesson Plan and scores are:
   • (0,1) for ORO/PLS.
   • (0,1,2,3) for CDDC.
2. Auto-linked lesson plans appear here.
3. For each domain/sub-domain in CDDC, three lesson plans are unlocked. Completing one does not unlock others in the same domain/sub-domain. Parents must retake the assessment to update the score, unlinking the previous plan and unlocking new ones.
4. Lesson plans are unlinked when scores change during reassessment. A bell notification is sent: Skill is achieved, so the lesson plan is unlinked.

   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)

Therapist Side (No Locking in Any Section)

Therapist - Child Assessments - List

1. Displays all assessments filtered by therapist specialty and child age.
2. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).
3. Therapists can start assessments without assigning them to the child.

Therapist - Child Assessments - Assign Button - All Tab

1. Displays assessments filtered by therapist specialty, child subscription plan, and age.
2. The number of questions in CDDC is based on the child’s age.
3. Therapists can assign assessments only if the child’s subscription plan includes Assign Assessments.
4. Assessments already started/completed by the parent (from the Parent - All tab) are not shown.
5. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).

Therapist - Child Assessments - Assign Button - Assigned Tab

1. Displays all assigned assessments of the child, irrespective of who assigned them (Admin, current therapist, other therapists, etc.).
2. Ordered by assigned date, with the latest assigned at the top.
3. Includes assessments already started/completed by the parent (from the Parent - All tab).

Therapist - Child Lesson Plans - List

1. Displays all lesson plans filtered by therapist specialty and child age.
2. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).

Therapist - Child Lesson Plans - Assign Button - All Tab

1. Displays lesson plans filtered by therapist specialty and child subscription plan.
2. Therapists can assign lesson plans only if the child’s subscription plan includes Assign Lesson Plan.
3. Ordered as follows:
   • Screening
   • Case History
   • CDDC (GM, FM, ADL, RL, EL, Cog, Soc, Emo)
   • PLS
   • ORO-Motor
   • Others (sorted by created_at in ascending order).
4. Lesson plans already started/completed by the parent (from the Parent - All tab) are not shown.
5. The search icon is removed, and only the filter icon remains.

Therapist - Child Lesson Plans - Assign Button - Assigned Tab

1. Displays all assigned lesson plans of the child, irrespective of who assigned them (Admin, any therapist, etc.).
2. Ordered by assigned date, with the latest assigned at the top.
3. Includes lesson plans already started/completed by the parent (from the Parent - All tab).
